I had a very easy and smooth experience for the purchase of my CRV 2026 EXL. Bob Carter greeted me at the door. He was interested in hearing what my interests were in a new vehicle. He was not at all pushy about features I was not interested in. He thoroughly explained all the features in a methodical way. I went in on 1/30 in search of buying a car. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. After buying my car they were running final check and realized the battery was low; in stead of just charging it they completely changed it!
